GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Contracting party under the following terms and conditions are Jobbi.lv and the customer.
   In the following terms and conditions you will also find information on the right of revocation, details of the contract in
   Internet, the warranty and the packaging ordinance.
2. In accordance with terms and conditions Jobbi.lv provides services by electronic means.
3. These terms and conditions apply to orders placed after May 25, 2018.

DICTIONARY

4. In the terms and conditions follow the following terms:
4.1 Failure - circumstances that make permanent or temporary use of the shop impossible
4.2 Personal data - personal data of the user within the meaning of Art. 4 point
4.3 Password - a series of numbers and letters that secure access to the account

4.18 Data Protection Law - the data protection practice of SIA Jobbi is in accordance with the 
     Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)
4.19 The Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), English General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is one

5.  Technical conditions necessary to use the shop properly:

PURCHASE CONTRACT

23. The information provided by Jobbi.lv regarding the goods is only an invitation to conclude the contract.
24. All prices quoted are in Euro and Polish Zlotas, and are inclusive of the applicable value added tax.
25. By ordering the desired goods, by completing and submitting the online form on the Internet,
    the customer makes an offer to conclude a purchase contract.
26. The order confirmation is not yet an acceptance of the contract by the seller. It confirms exclusively
    the receipt of the order.
27. To place an order correctly and completely, you should fill in a form and:
27.1 select the type and quantity of goods and click the "buy" button
27.2 choose the type of delivery
27.3 select the payment method and delivery address
27.4 Specify personal data, which is indicated as mandatory with "*"
27.5 Click "check-box" box, the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and the

28. During the ordering process, the user may change his choice or cancel the purchase process.
29. Clicking on "order for payment" means that the user confirms the personal data.
30. When the user clicks on the order button, he gets a link with the details
    of his order by e-mail.
31. All prices quoted are exclusive of packaging and shipping costs at the time of ordering.
32. For shipping (shipping costs) of the delivery outside Latvia, the costs will be charged separately.
33. The prices are updated daily and can be changed every day.
34. Before the user completes the order process, he has access to the details of his order
    (Value of goods, number of goods, method of payment).

PAYMENT METHODS

35. Internetbank payment
    Payment can be made using the services of the Internet bank. At the moment, it is possible to use 
    the services of the following Internet banks: Swedbank, Luminor (DNB, Nordea), SEB.
    When you select the payment option in the Internet Bank, you will be connected to the selected 
    Internet Bank, where you need to authorize and confirm an already prepared invoice for payment.
36. VISA, MasterCard, Maestro payment cards 
    When making a prepayment, you can use VISA, MasterCard, Maestro debit and credit cards if you have 
    activated the ability to make safe purchases on the Internet. You can activate the service in your online bank.
    When the fields with information about the card holder, card number, expiration date are filled
    and CVV, the order amount will be deducted from your card account.
37. Bank transfer
    Payment for the order can be made by paying an electronic invoice (on request). When paying the bill, 
    indicate the order number. The invoice is valid only on the day during which it was issued.

GOODS RETURN

37. If you are a consumer under the statutory provisions, you have rights to claim back money 
    without a reason during 14 days.

39. You can also use the withdrawal form found at www.jobbi.lv.
40. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to receive the notice on the exercise of the right of withdrawal

41. Jobbi.lv will inform the user about the receipt of the revocation.
42. If you revoke a contract, SIA Jobbi will pay you all the payments that SIA Jobbi received from you,
    excluding delivery. SIA Jobbi may refuse the repayment until we receive the goods or until you have provided 
    proof that you have returned the goods.
43. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts: for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for
    whose manufacture is an individual selection or determination by the customer is authoritative or clear
    tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
44. The user only has to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value on one

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

50. Jobbi.lv gives no guarantee.
51. The warranty is given by the manufacturer and is a voluntary service of the manufacturer. The length of the
    Warranty period is therefore different. The warranty claim must occur within this period.
52. The warranty conditions are determined by the manufacturer.
53. The customer's claims against Jobbi.lv in the event of defects are determined by the statutory provisions within
    the legal deadlines, as far as the following regulations do not result in deviations. The legal
    Warranty period is currently two years.
54. The statutory warranty claims of the customer are not limited by a manufacturer's warranty.

56. The user should submit the purchasing document.
57. In the case of warranty, the buyer may request a price reduction, withdrawal from the contract or exchange.
58. A discount or withdrawal from the contract of sale is not possible if Jobbi.lv immediately makes an exchange
    or eliminates the defect. The customer can decide for himself, whether he has an exchange or defect removal
    unless the proposed procedure is not possible or the cost is too high.
59. If a customer wishes an exchange, rebate or remedy, and within 14 days

60. The customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract if the defect of the goods is irrelevant.

FAILURE

64. Jobbi.lv undertakes to ensure proper and trouble-free operation of the Shop.

65. In the case of planned downtime, users are informed several hours in advance through the website.

DATA PROTECTION

66. Jobbi.lv is personal data administrator stated on the registration form and during order process.

    deal directly with parcels, and operators and policyholders of payments.
74. Jobbi.lv does not intend to transfer the personal data of the customers to a third country or to international ones

75. The customer has the right to request, correct, transmit and access Jobbi.lv's data

CLAIM

78. The customer has the right to make a complaint.
79. Complaints can be made via the contact form located at www.jobbi.lv by e-mail
    to info@jobbi.lv, or in writing to SIA Jobbi, Melidas 11-4, Riga, Latvija, LV-1015.
80. Jobbi.lv is obliged to consider any complaint.
81. Each claim should include the following information: name, surname, address, e-mail address, reason of claim.
82. All complaints should be processed within 14 working days of receipt, and in particular
    complicated cases at the latest within 30 working days.
83. The complaint should be filed within 14 days of the reason for the filing.

TERMINATION

84. The user can unsubscribe at any time customer account by sending an e-mail to info@jobbi.lv, or a letter to
    SIA Jobbi, Melidas 11-4, Riga, Latvija, LV-1015.
85. In the event of disorder, Jobbi.lv may terminate the contract. The notice period is 14 days. The user
    will be informed by e-mail.
86. If the contract is terminated by Jobbi.lv, the user can not re-register without prior consultation with SIA Jobbi.

DELIVERY

87. Standard delivery time 3-5 working days, if ordered item is in stock. Delivery cost may vary depending 
    on cargo size. Non-standard and over 30kg items delivery cost is as for pallet. Delivery is made to 1st floor.
    Delivery costs are shown in section "Delivery". prices can be changed without notice.

COMPETENT LAW

88. Latvian law applies.
89. Jobbi.lv strives to settle all disputes amicably.

CLOSING REMARKS

90. The law applicable to the contract between the user and Jobbi.lv, whose subject matter is the services
    of Jobbi.lv to the conditions specified in the regulations is the Latvian law.
91. Jobbi.lv will inform you of any change in the Terms and Conditions by e-mail.
92. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
    In place of the ineffective provision, the relevant statutory provisions apply.
